Four-Color Digital Printing
Fast, furious, and only at Flexpress, the Xerox iGen3 is a printing powerhouse. Running at 110 pages per minute with resolution up to 600 x 4800 dpi, it’s packed with cutting edge technology that keeps your projects up-to-date with the high standards of color production while keeping you well under budget.
Easily accommodating sheet sizes up to 12.4" x 19.2" with a printable area of 12.5" x 18.9", its size matches its speed. And, with more than five times the power of a regular color laser, the Xerox iGen3 multi-tasks between short run four-color jobs, scanning off the glass availability, outputting email files and much more.
Our DocuSP server connects to the Xerox iGen3 Digital Press to efficiently and cost-effectively output all types of color files, from simple single documents to complex 100% variable information catalogs.
Docutech Services
We offer laser 600 x 600 dpi print-on-demand output via the XEROX DOCUTECH 135 and 600 x 1200 dpi via our Flagship 6180 Docutech Publisher. A built-in automatic high speed scanner makes the 135 versatile enough to handle both digital files and hard copies and deliver pristine reproductions regardless of source.
Both machines are capable of outputting page sizes up to 11" x 17" in a wide array of paper stocks. Document manipulation, tab insertion, cover printing, tape binding and stapling - all of which can be done online - are just a few of the many features included in our state-of-the-art docutech services.
Variable Data
We make it possible for you to cut through advertising clutter to better target and retain customers. Our variable data printing service produces custom communication pieces that strategically insert your company’s name, personalized message, or specific consumer information throughout your documents. From letters and brochures to postcards and invitations, the Flexpress variable data service allows you to speak to your customers in a more direct way.
OTHER SERVICES
Complete in House Bindery
This saddle-stitch type binding is one of the oldest and most widely used types of binding for small manuals and booklets. Using our in-house equipment, we can create a finished size as small as 5.5" x 8.5" or as large as 8.5" x 11" with a minimum of four numbered pages (1 signature) and a maximum of 80 numbered pages (20 signatures).
